The UNIHA pilot plant is designed to treat 1m³/h raw water and comprises the following equipment:
- Raw water tank, mixer, level sensor
- Raw water pump
- Combined tank with aeration unit and mixers. The reaction tank combines three sections: Aeration, fast and slow mixing tank.
- Lamella clarifier
- Buffer tank
- Filter feed pump
- Dosing units incl. ozone
- Electrochlorination unit: Hypochlorite production and dosing unit
- Ultrafiltration unit: The feed water is screened with an automatic backwash filter
- Sand filter
- Carbon filter
- Buffer tank
- Backwash pump
- RO feed pump
- RO unit
- Buffer tank
- Electric panel: An electric panel is provided, housing the power distribution and the control system (PLC, instrument and valve I/Os).
